Privacy Policy

Effective August 10, 2026

VetPost is made by Tenney Technologies LLC ("we," "us"). The app has one job: let veterinary practices record short voice memos, photos, and videos, and turn them into social media posts for their own clinic. This policy explains what information the app handles and what we do with it.

What the app collects

Voice recordings. When you record a memo, the audio is sent to our servers, where it is transcribed and used to draft a social media post for your practice. Transcripts are kept as part of your practice's content records.

Photos and videos. If you attach a photo or record a video, it is uploaded to our servers and used in the social media content created for your practice. You choose what to attach; nothing is read from your camera roll without your action.

Practice pairing. The app connects to your practice's account using a one-time practice code. The app does not ask for your name, email address, location, or any personal account information, and it does not create user accounts.

That's the complete list. The app does not collect location, contacts, browsing data, device identifiers for advertising, or analytics profiles.

What we do with it

Recordings, photos, and videos are used for exactly one purpose: creating and publishing social media content for the veterinary practice that recorded them. Content flows from the app to our systems, and from there to the practice's own social media accounts for review and publishing.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own use. There is no advertising in the app and no advertising data.

Data is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers.

How long we keep it

Media files and transcripts are retained as part of the practice's content library so past posts and their source material stay available to the practice. Some working files (such as video clips prepared for posting) are automatically deleted from our servers on a schedule.

Deleting your data

To request deletion of recordings, photos, videos, or transcripts — or everything associated with your practice — email hello@vetpost.app from the practice's contact address and tell us what you'd like removed. We will delete the requested material from our systems and confirm when it's done. Content already published to your practice's own social media accounts is under the practice's control, not ours.

Children

VetPost is a business tool for veterinary practices and is not directed at children. It is rated for users 18 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Questions: hello@vetpost.app.
